Priority wedding band orders:
- Rush Priority: 5-6 business days | 3-4 business days lead time + UPS 2 Day | $74.95
- Super Rush Priority: 4-5 business days | 3-4 business days lead time + FedEx Overnight | $99.95
Home try-on orders:
- USPS Priority: 6-8 business days | 3-5 business days lead time + 3 business days to ship | $9.95
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on customer engraved wedding bands.
Returns: You may return your item(s) within 30 days of your original delivery date. Returns will receive a full refund less $8.95 for shipping. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll send you a Return Authorization and shipping label. Wedding bands must be returned in unworn condition, in original packaging.
Exchanges: You may exchange your ring(s) within 30 days from the original delivery date. Exchange orders require customers to pay $16.95 for return and outbound shipping plus any difference in the item's price.
Email us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for exchange, and we’ll send you an Exchange Authorization and shipping label.
We stand behind our products and warrant that all items will be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the products. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection. If we determine your merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the merchandise or, if we deem it appropriate, replace the item.
